ich konnte heute auf meinem Lieblingshügel (3. Sieg in Folge) wieder den Sieg einfahren. Ich konnte mir keinen besseren Zeitpunkt aussuchen, um vor Olympia noch mal zu zeigen, was ich in Vancouver vorhab (-: Die Piste war extrem eisig und die Schläge so hart, dass sie direkt bis ins Hirn durchschlugen. Aber je schwieriger die Bedingungen, desto besser werde ich. Und so hatte ich heute, bis auf das Duell mit meinem Freund und Teamkollegen Andy Prommegger, keine sehr engen Entscheidungen.
Papa-Bär sagte noch vor dem Abflug zu mir, dass ich nochmal vor Olympia gewinnen sollte, damit ich wieder weiß, wie das Gefühl ist, ganz oben zu stehen!
Dritter wurde Jasey Jay Anderson und damit durchbrachen wir die Serie kanadischer Siege seit Saisonbeginn im Parallel Riesentorlauf.
Mit diesem Rennen ist auch die Olympia-Qualifikation vorüber, doch wer von uns nun nach Vancouver reisen darf, wird erst morgen entschieden, wenn alle Trainer in allen Sparten ihre Entscheidungen getroffen haben.
